SwissBake® GLASUR® Strawberry Glaze is an instant ready to use cold set strawberry flavoured glaze that is enriched with a natural strawberry flavour & provides a perfect glossy red look to your patisserie & baked products

This Strawberry Glaze is made for professional patisseries and is extremely easy to use. It helps to enhance the visual presentation of your products very quickly and with minimum effort. It also helps prevent moisture loss and naturally improves the shelf life and freshness of the products. It also has uniform consistency after mixing and good stability post-application and offers a clean cut with minimum migration. It has a subtle strawberry flavour and is perfect for use in professional and commercial baking applications.

SwissBake® GLASUR® Strawberry Glaze can be used for glazing or as a filling for your tarts, pastries, muffins, mouses and other bakery and pastry products.

Key Ingredients

Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Gelling Agent, Colours, Acidity Regulator, Nature Identical Flavouring, Preservative.

Recipe

Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Strawberry Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Strawberry Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
