Key Ingredients
Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Modified Starch, Gelling Agent, Nature Identical Flavour, Caramel, Acidity Regulator, Permitted Preservative.
Method
Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Chocolate Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Chocolate Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
