GLASUR® Caramel Glaze is made using real caramel to provide authentic taste and texture to the product. The glaze is designed for instant preparation and easy application in commercial and professional baking setups. When free flowing, this glaze does not have any lumps and has a excellent glossy look and shiny appearance. It sets quickly and has good stability. It also has high cut tolerance. This product is free from harmful hydrogenated fats. This glaze naturally improves the eating quality of the products and increases freshness duration when the product is properly coated with the glaze.

Key Ingredients
Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Caramel, Gelling Agents, Acidity Regulator, Food Colour, Preservative, Nature Identical Flavourings.
Method
Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Caramel Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Caramel Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
