Milky while glazes are excellent for decoration of vanilla or fruit cakes and pastries. GLASUR™ Milky White Glaze is formulated for instant preparation and ease of use. It has a subtle vanilla flavouring that is made in such a way that it does not interfere in the taste and flavour profile of the product. It however adds a nice creamy mouthfeel to the product and improves the overall eating qualities. This glaze also improves the storage life of the product by limiting moisture loss. This glaze is ideal for use by professional bakers and patisserie.

Key Ingredients
Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Gelling Agent, Colour, Acidity Regulator, Nature Identical Flavouring, Preservative.
Method
Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Milky White into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Milky White to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
