Key Ingredients
Glucose Syrup, Water, Modified Starch, Gelling Agents, Acidifier, Colours, Preservative, Nature Identical Flavourings.
Method
Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Sparkle Gold Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Sparkle Gold Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
