This mix makes perfect crisp textured delightful purple coloured waffle cones with the taste and flavour profile of berries with the aroma of lavender. This combination of flavour profiles makes the experience of having ice cream in these purple waffle cones truly unique and satisfying. This mix is made with natural ingredients like lavender oil and berry concentrate and is extremely easy to use, just add water to prepare the batter and bake in waffle cone maker. Recommended for use at all ice cream parlours who seek to offer their customers a truly memorable and enjoyable experience of having ice cream.

Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening, Modified Edible Starch, Dextrose, Lavender Oil, Natural Colour, Nature Identical Flavourings: Berries & Vanilla
Method
Blend the lavender berry waffle cone mix and water for 2 to 3 minutes on slow speed or mix them manually. Pour the batter onto the preheated baking plate. Bake at 160°C for approx. 3 min. Quickly remove the cooked waffle from the iron plate. Shape it in a cone shape by rolling it around the aluminium or wooden cone roller. Hold the waffle cone on the cone roller for few seconds to set its shape.
Tip - Strictly do not bake above 160°C for more than 3 mins.
