Perfect Red Velvet Cream Cheese Swirl Brownie prepared using SwissBake® Red Velvet Brownie Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180°C
MIXING TIME : 5 -6 mins
BAKE TIME : 35 to 40 mins
PREP TIME : 40 - 45 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Red Velvet Brownie Mix V13390 - 1000g
Water - 300g
Oil - 240g
Cream Cheese - 400g

Method

  • Take a square cake ring 10X10, line with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 180°C
  • Soften the cream cheese and fill it in a piping bag.
  • Now place all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Using a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment, mix at slow speed for 1 minutes.
  • Add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and mix at slow speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into the square cake ring, pipe the cream cheese and swirl it.
  • Bake at 180°C for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool down and cut the brownie into square pieces. Place it on a plate and serve.
