Perfect Red Velvet BUBBLE WAFFLE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM prepared by SwissBake® Red Velvet Waffle Mix

Ingredients
SwissBake® Red Velvet Waffle Mix – Veg (V13310)
- 1000g
Water - 850g
Vanilla Ice Cream - 500g
Whipped Cream - 500g
Method
Preheat the waffle iron before working with the batter.
Stir waffle mix and water together with a wire whisk for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
Let the batter stand for 2 - 3 minutes, pour about 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated waffle iron.
Cook waffles for 4 to 5 minutes at 180ºC to 200ºC.
Fold the waffle when it is hot and keep it in a glass.
Now add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and pipe some whipped cream.
Sprinkle some nuts/sprinklers/raisins and garnish it with white chocolate.
