Savor the perfection of Red Velvet Strawberry Fraisier! Indulge in layers of red velvet bliss, fresh strawberries, and a divine fraisier filling. A decadent delight in every bite!
BAKE TEMP : 160 - 180ºC
MIXING TIME : 8 -12 mins
BAKE TIME : 25 - 28 mins
PREP TIME : 40 - 45 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Perfect No-Bake Cheesecake Mix - 200g
Water (Cold) - 250g
Whipped Cream - 1000g
Mascarpone Cheese - 250g 

For Whipped Cream:
SwissBake® Whipping Cream Powder - 1000g
Water/Milk (cold0 - 1000g

For Red Velvet Cake Base:
SwissBake® Red Velvet Cake Mix - 1000g
Water - 424g
Oil - 250g

For Garnish:
Blueberries, fresh - As required
Strawberries, fresh - As required
 

Method

For Whipped Cream:
  • Make whipping cream out of the ingredients mentioned and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
 
For Red Velvet Cake Batter
  • Using a planetary mixer with the whisk attachment, mix the cake mix and water at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and again mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add oil at slow speed while mixing for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter and again mix on medium speed for 2 mins.
  • Pour the batter in the baking tin. Bake at 160°C to 180°C for 25-28mins
 
For No-Bake Cheesecake Mixture:
  • Using a whisk attachment, blend  SwissBake® Perfect No- Bake Cheesecake Mix along with water at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter.
  • Add the prepared whipped cream, mascarpone cheese and blend again for 2-3 mins on slow speed.
 
For Assembly and Final Garnish:
  • Line a cake ring with acetate sheet on sides.
  • Place the red velvet sponge on the base.
  • Pipe some cream cheese mixture at the bottom.
  • Arrange the strawberries on the sides.
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture till the top of the ring. Use an offset spatula to smooth down the top.
  • Keep it in the freezer for 2-3 hours until its set.
  • Use a knife to lose the cheesecake from the ring.
Garnish the cheesecake with some fresh strawberries and blueberries and serve.
