Ingredients
CAKE MIX GLUTEN FREE - 1000 gm
FRESH EGGS - 600 gm
VEGETABLE OIL - 350 gm
WATER - 200 gm
Method
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl for 5 minutes using a planetary mixer until a uniform batter is formed. Pour the batter into muffin cups. Bake at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes or until baked.
Baking Tips
Make sure all your ingredients like eggs, butter & water are at common room temperature for proper mixing
