How to make Gluten-Free Brownie Pops

Ingredients
SwissBake® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
- 1000g
Water - 240g
Vegetable Oil - 120g
Hazelnuts - 120g
Milk Chocolate, melted - 1000g
White Chocolate, melted - 250g
Method
Place the
SwissBake® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
and water in the mixing bowl.
Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
Add oil and mix again for 1 minute on the slow speed.
Scrape the gluten-free brownie batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour the batter in a silicon popsicle mould
Bake at 160°C-180°c for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once the brownies are baked, cool them off in the silicon mould & de-mould after cooled.
Place the brownies in the freezer for about 10 mins.
Now melt both the chocolates in separate bowls.
Take the brownies out of the freezer, dip the popsicle stick in milk chocolate and let it set.
Place in the freezer again for about 15 mins to set.
Dip each of the chilled brownie popsicle again into the milk chocolate for double coating
Lay the popsicle on the parchment paper, garnish it with melted white chocolate
Allow to set, serve and enjoy.
