Method
Place the
SwissBake® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix and water in the mixing bowl.
Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
Add oil and mix again for 1 minute on the slow speed.
Scrape the gluten-free brownie batter and mix at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the nuts and mix at slow speed for 1 min.
Pour the batter in a square tin or square silicone mould
Bake at 160°C - 180°C for 30 to 35 mins.
Let it cool and after cooling, cut into the brownies into fries' shape
Freeze it for some time.
Dip the brownie fries in melted dark chocolate and let it set.
Drizzle white chocolate on top.
Serve it with the milk chocolate sauce.
