Ingredients
Water - 333 ml
Butter - 267 gm
Almonds/Cashews/Walnuts - 333 gm
Orange Peel - 67 gm
Star Anise Powder - 9 gm
Method
1. Mix EF Chocolate Cake Mix, water, and melted butter to form a dough.
2. Fold in the chopped nuts, orange peel, and star anise powder.
3. Shape the dough into a log and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
4. Let it cool, then slice and bake again at 110°C for 30 minutes until crisp.
Baking Tips
Allow biscotti to cool completely for the best texture.
