Method
Remove the cream from the oreo cookies and keep it aside. Blend cookies in a blender until a smooth fine powder is formed. Using a whisk attachment, blend and mix along with water on a slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter & add whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, cookie crumb and blend again on slow speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the cheesecake mold, crush few oreo cookies and sprinkle from the top & freeze for 2 hours.
For the Base crumb
Ingredients
Biscuit crumb. - 450 gm
Unsalted Butter - 100gm
Add the oreo biscuit crumb into a large bowl and whisk to crumble. Add the medium-soft butter and stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into the pie pan or cheesecake springform pan and spread the crumbs around so that they are evenly dispersed. Bake it at 180°C for 11 to 12 minutes After removing it from the oven, let it cool down before pouring the cheesecake mixture.
