SwissBake® Swiss-Whip Crème Patissiere W40 is a Swiss formulated instant water based custard (Pastry cream). It is made using all natural ingredients and contains Vitamin A (beta Carotene). This classic pastry cream can be prepared instantly by combining with cold water and whipping. It makes rich and cream pastry cream that is bake stable as well as freeze stable and can be used in a variety of applications by pastry shops, cafes etc.
Key Ingredients
Milk Solids, Edible Starch, Dextrose, Sodium Alginate, Natural Colour
Method
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whip it together for 5 – 6 minutes on high speed or until smooth. Refrigerate for minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavour to develop and product to set.
