How to make Red Velvet Bubble Waffle with Vanilla Ice Cream

Perfect Red Velvet BUBBLE WAFFLE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM prepared by SwissBake® Red Velvet Waffle Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180 - 200ºC
MIXING TIME : 4 mins
BAKE TIME : 4 to 5 mins
PREP TIME : 10 - 15 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Red Velvet Waffle Mix – Veg (V13310) - 1000g
Water - 850g
Vanilla Ice Cream - 500g
Whipped Cream - 500g

Method

  • Preheat the waffle iron before working with the batter.
  • Stir waffle mix and water together with a wire whisk for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Let the batter stand for 2 - 3 minutes, pour about 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated waffle iron.
  • Cook waffles for 4 to 5 minutes at 180ºC to 200ºC.
  • Fold the waffle when it is hot and keep it in a glass.
  • Now add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and pipe some whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle some nuts/sprinklers/raisins and garnish it with white chocolate.
