Make a chocolate ganache out of the ingredients mentioned and keep it aside.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk continuously using a planetary mixer, mix at medium speed for 5 mins or until a uniform gluten-free pound cake batter is formed.
Take 5 - 6 pound cake mould, pour approx. 350 to 400g of the batter in each mould.
Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once the cake cools down, apply chocolate ganache on top
Cut into slices garnish it with fresh strawberries and serve it.
