Elevate your baking expertise with this meticulously crafted canneles recipe. Each step, from precise ingredient weighing to skillful temperature control during baking.

Ingredients
Delicious Vanilla Sponge Mix
– 340 gm
Egg Yolk – 6 nos
Milk – 1000 gm
Butter – 1000 gm
Method
Weigh all the mentioned ingredients separately and precisely.
Heat milk and butter in a saucepan till it gets slightly warm.
Add the warm mixture to the SwissBake® Delicious Vanilla Sponge Mix and egg yolks.
Mix it properly with the help of whisk and strain it.
Apply some butter to canelé moulds
Pour the mixture and bake it at 230°C for 45mins under a falling temperature of 190°C after 20mins.
Once baked turn the moulds upside down on wire rack and then serve it
