Recipe - Rum & Raisin pudding made using SwissBake® Spicy Plum Cake Mix
BAKE TEMP : 160ºC - 170ºC

BAKE TIME : 60 mins

Ingredients
SPICY PLUM CAKE MIX 250 gm
Water 137.5 gm
Vegetable Oil 25 gm
Raisin 150 gm
White chocolate 50 gm
Method
Place mix and water into mixing bowl. Use the paddle attachment to mix on a slow speed for 1 min. Scrape the batter and mix again at high speed for 3 min.
Add oil and mix again on slow speed for 1 min. Add raisin and blend manually.
Pour the batter into baking tins and bake at 160ºC to 170ºC for 60 min or until baked in a water bath.
