How to make oats & raisin muffins?

Oats & Raisin Muffins Recipe | Prepared from SwissBake® Vanilla Muffin Mix
BAKE TEMP : 180ºC
MIXING TIME : 8 mins
BAKE TIME : 27 Mins
PREP TIME : 35 mins

Ingredients

CRÈME MUFFIN VEG - VANILLA - 1000 gm
WATER - 385 gm
VEGETABLE OIL - 325 gm
OATS - 110 gm
RAISINS - 60 gm

 

Method

Using a paddle attachment for mixing, mix the muffin mix and water at slow speed for 1 minute. Add oil and again mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Add oats and raisins and further mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Pour the batter into the muffin cup and bake at 180°C for 22 to 27 minutes.
