Method
Place
SwissBake® Fudgy Brownie Mix & water in the mixing bowl of a planetary mixer.
Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
Add oil and mix again for 1 minute on the slow speed.
Scrape the brownie batter and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Spread the batter as thin as possible on the silicon sheet.
Sprinkle the pretzels on top of the thinly layered brownie batter
Bake at 160°C for 25 to 30mins.
Once it cools down break into barks and serve.
Note: the pretzels can be substituted with another choice of ingredient as topping for making other varieties of brownie brittles
