Recipe - Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons made using SwissBake® KOKOS Macaroons
BAKE TEMP : 180ºC to 190ºC
MIXING TIME : 5 mins
BAKE TIME : 10 mins
PREP TIME : 30 mins
Ingredients
KOKOS Macaroon 1000 gm
Water (55ºC) 280 gm
Melted dark chocolate 200 gm
Method
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend water and the Kokos Macaroon Mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then on medium speed for 3 minutes. Using an ice cream scoop or piping bag place the mixture on the baking tray and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Bake it at 180ºC to 190ºC for 8 minutes to 10 minutes. After cooling, dip it in melted dark chocolate.
