Melted dark chocolate 60 gm
Melted white chocolate 200 gm
Coloured sugar balls 50 gm
Method
Place mix and water into the mixing bowl. Use the paddle attachment to mix at a slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter and mix again at high speed for 3 minutes.
Add oil and mix again on slow speed for 1 minute. Add fruit mix and blend manually.
Pour the batter into baking tins and bake at 160ºC to 170ºC for 60 minutes or until baked.
Once the plum cake is cooled down, crush it and mix it with melted dark chocolate and make balls of 30-40 gms each. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, roll plum cake balls in melted white chocolate and sprinkle it with coloured sugar balls. Let it set and serve.
