Place all the ingredients in a bowl using a paddle attachment and blend together on slow speed for 1 min, scrape down the mixture and blend again for 2 mins on medium speed.
Once the dough is formed, clean wrap it and refrigerate it for 15 mins.
Measure the cookies 30gms each and then coat it with icing sugar properly.
Place it onto the baking tray and bake at 160°C for 20 to 22 mins
