Ingredients

For Tartlets:
Flour - 180g
Icing Sugar - 55g
Butter - 115g
Salt - As Required
 
For Brownies:
SwissBake® Fudgy Brownie Mix - 1000g
Water - 240g
Vegetable Oil - 120g
 
For Garnishing:
Dark Chocolate Shreds – 200g
White Chocolate Shreds – 200g

Method

For Tartlets
  • Measure all the ingredients and make tartlets out of the ingredients mentioned above
  • Par bake them and keep it aside to cool down completely.
For Fudgy Brownie Filling
  • Place SwissBake® Fudgy Brownie Mix & water in the mixing bowl of a planetary mixer.
  • Using a paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
  • Add oil and mix again for 1 minute on the slow speed.
  • Scrape the brownie batter and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the batter in the par baked tartlets and bake at 160°C for 25 to 30mins.
  • Once its baked, let it cool down.
  • Garnish it with white & dark chocolate shreds.
