SwissBake® Type 150 Flour - 1000 gm
Salt - 20 gm
Olive Oil - 50 gm
Water - 320 gm
SwissBake® Rustic Decor - 200 - 250 gm
Rosemary - 50 gm
Method
• Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except SwissBake® Rustic Decor.
• Mix at slow speed for 2 mins and fast speed for 4 - 6 mins.
• Rest the dough for 30 to 40 mins.
• Roll the dough into a ball and then flatten it.
• Sprinkle some flour on the bench and roll it as thinly as possible in a roughly rectangular shape.
• It should become slightly translucent.
• Brush some olive oil on the baking tray and transfer this sheet to it.
• Docking it with a fork or knife, cut the rolled dough in triangular pieces.
• Brush some olive oil on them and sprinkle some SwissBake® Rustic Decor.
• Gently pat it with your fingers so that the seeds stick to the dough.
• Bake these lavash chips at 180°C for 10 to 12 mins until golden brown.
Baking Tips
Make the crackers as thin as possible. Keep a close watch while baking to avoid over baking.
