MIXING TIME : 3 - 4 mins
BAKE TIME : 15 - 17 mins
PREP TIME : 18 - 21 mins

Ingredients

SwissBake® Gluten-Free Cookie Mix –200g
Butter – 38g
Eggs–38g
Cocoa Powder – 8 to 10g
Icing Sugar – 250g

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a mix bowl except the icing sugar using a paddle attachment, whip it together for 1 min on slow speed and then 3mins on high speed.
  • Once the dough is combined cut them in 30g each.
  • Now take icing sugar in a bowl, roll out the dough balls in icing sugar and then place it on butter paper.
  • Bake the cookies at 180°C for about 15 to 17 mins.
  • Serve these cookies with hot coffee.
