Ingredients
SwissBake® Mousse Schoko
– 400g
Milk (cold) – 1000g
Dark chocolate compound – 250g
Fresh cream – 125g
Butter – 20g
Whipped cream - 250gms
Chocolate garnish
Method
First make chocolate ganache out of the ingredients mentioned above and keep it aside.
Place all the ingredients of schoko mousse into a mixing bowl.
Whip it on high speed for 6 to 7 mins until smooth and raised.
Pipe 50 to 60 gms of chocolate ganache at the bottom of the glasses followed by 100 to 120gms of chocolate mousse.
With a star nozzle pipe some whip cream on top of the glass, garnish it with chocolate curls & serve it.
