SwissBake® MORCOTE® 00 Pizza Flour - 1000 gm
Water - 600 gm
Salt - 25 gm
Dry Yeast - 10 gm - 12 gm
Fresh Cream - 250 gm
Nutmeg - AS REQUIRED
Black Pepper - AS REQUIRED
Salt - AS REQUIRED
Onions (sliced) - 3 - 4 NOS
Chicken (Sauteed) - 500 gm
• Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
• Using a spiral mixer mix at slow speed for 2-3 mins and fast speed for 4-6 mins.
• Divide and scale round pizza balls approx. 250 - 300g or as desired size.
• Put the pizza dough balls in the covered plastic container.
• Rest the pizza dough for 1 hour.
• Place the fresh cream, salt, pepper, and a tiny sprinkle of nutmeg in a bowl and stir to combine.
• Taste and season well with more salt, pepper, and nutmeg as needed and keep it aside.
• Strech & shape the dough, top it with creamy mixture, sliced sauteed chicken, and sliced onions.
• Bake at 350°C for 4 to 6 mins.
• Serve it hot.
